Check Gmail Live

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 September 2026 · Applies to check-gmail.live, including the Gmail checker, the Proxy Tester, member accounts and the API.

These terms are an agreement between you and the operators of Check Gmail Live ("we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or calling the API you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Check Gmail Live reports the current status of Gmail and Google Workspace addresses (Live, Disabled, Verify, Unregistered and, optionally, Flagged and Deleted) and offers a Proxy Tester for HTTP and SOCKS5 proxies. The About page explains how a check works. We may add, change or remove features at any time. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.

2. Acceptable use

Check Gmail Live is a list-hygiene and deliverability tool. You may use it only on addresses you have a legitimate reason to verify — for example lists you own or manage, opt-in customer lists, or records you are responsible for keeping accurate. You agree not to use the service:

  • to send or prepare spam, phishing, fraud, harassment or any unsolicited bulk messaging;
  • to profile, locate, stalk or target specific individuals, or to discriminate against anyone;
  • in any way that breaks the law that applies to you, or that violates Google's terms in a way that harms other people;
  • to circumvent our limits — for instance by creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts or API keys, or automating the web interface instead of using the API;
  • to probe, overload, scrape or interfere with the service, or to resell access without our written permission.

Some of these rules are enforced automatically: requests are rate-limited per IP address; registration is limited to a small number of accounts per IP address; an API key that is used from more IP addresses than its allowance within a short window is suspended automatically; and IP addresses that abuse the service can be blocked. If you think an automatic action hit you by mistake, contact us.

3. Accounts

Running a check requires a free member account (username and password only). You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secret and for everything done through your account. One person, one account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

4. Free use, Premium and volume top-ups

A free account can run checks with a per-run address limit and a limited number of parallel threads, both shown inside the checker after you sign in. Two paid options exist:

OptionPriceWhat you get
Premium (monthly)25 USDT / 30 daysUp to 50,000 addresses per run, no thread cap, Check Deleted, Check Flag, Google Workspace domains, and the HTTP API with your key active immediately.
Premium (annual)100 USDT / 365 days
Volume top-upFrom 1 USDT, up to a lifetime total shown in your member portalPermanently multiplies your free per-run limit and thread cap (×20 per USDT). The total you may top up over the lifetime of the account is capped; a payment that would take you past that cap cannot be credited, so check the figure in your member portal before sending. Does not include the API or Premium features.

Prices are in USDT and may change; a period you have already paid for is honoured at the price you paid. Premium features are available while the plan is active; when it expires the account returns to the free limits (plus any volume top-up, which is lifetime).

5. Payments

  • Payment is made by sending USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network to the wallet address shown in your member portal, then submitting the transaction ID (TxID). We confirm the transfer against the public blockchain and activate the plan automatically.
  • Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Check the network, the address and the amount before sending. For a volume top-up, also check that the new lifetime total stays within the cap shown in your member portal, because we cannot credit anything above it. Funds sent on an unsupported network or to a wrong address are outside our control.
  • If a valid transfer is not activated automatically (for example a wrong amount or a temporary explorer outage), send us the TxID on Telegram and we will review and apply it manually.
  • Because we cannot reverse transfers, payments are non-refundable except where we are unable to provide the service you paid for; in that case contact us and we will work out a fair solution, which may be a credit or a refund to your sending wallet.
  • A TxID can be used once. Submitting somebody else's transaction, or a transaction that was not sent to our wallet, is fraud and results in account termination.

6. Results are informational

Every result reflects what Google's systems answered at the moment of the check. Accounts change state, Google changes its responses, and network conditions vary, so results are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Fast Check deliberately trades precision for speed. You decide what to do with the results and you are responsible for that decision.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uptime. Checks may be paused for maintenance or while our verification capacity is warming up, in which case the checker tells you so. Concurrent usage is balanced fairly between active users, so the number of threads you get can vary.

8. Your data and our content

You keep all rights to the lists you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to process them in order to run the check and return results, as described in the Privacy Policy (note the different treatment of proxies submitted to the Proxy Tester). The site's design, text, code and name are ours; you may not copy or reuse them without permission, other than normal use of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from the use of results, from downtime, or from actions taken by Google or other third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and to zero if you used only the free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced on our Telegram channel. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
